FAQ/Term of Use

• Does technician need my keys?  Yes, technician will need to drive vehicle onto ramps as well as run engine after oil change.
• Do I pay before or after service? We require customer use pay link on our website beforehand or prior to service completion.
• Can I choose to add other offered services during current appointment? Although we do recommend opting for additional services at time of booking to allow enough time, the pending next appointment will determine whether possible during current appointment.
• How long will oil change take? Oil change can take 30-40 minutes to complete. Appointment will take longer if other services were booked.
• What type of oil does my vehicle use or require? We will use vehicle manufacturer recommended oil type and quantities .
• Will there be a reminder decal indicating next oil change? Yes, we will place a next service reminder decal on top left windshield.

• By booking online a waiver of liability is agreed to for any previous and or future engine issues outside a routine oil change performed by Oilchange2U. Any claim of the aforementioned will be determined by a neutral third party assessment sought out by Robzilla Industries LLC legal counsel. 
• By booking online a waiver of  liability is agreed to for any previous and or future tire and wheel issues outside a basic tire rotation if tire rotation is performed by Oilchange2U. Any claim of the aforementioned will be determined by a neutral third party assessment sought out by Robzilla Industries LLC legal counsel. 
• By booking online a waiver of  liability is agreed to for windshield rock chip repairs done by Oilchange2U. In that it is not guaranteed to  prevent further chipping and or cracking, only to prolong it.
• By booking online a waiver of liability is agreed to for headlight restoration done by Oilchange2U. In that through proven methods the headlight restoration can last the life of the car with recommended headlight maintenance. It is not a guarantee headlights will not fail again as vehicle manufacturer did not warranty or guarantee from factory.

• Vehicle must be in a safe area with no obstructions around it.
• Customer will be asked to move vehicle to an appropriate area if needed.
• Vehicle must be on level ground as best as possible.

• Prices vary due to size of vehicle engine and are subject to change. 
• Requested add on services will increase price.
• Locations outside of typical service area will incur additional charge.
• Payments can be made through our website pay link with credit card or debit card.

• Customer will have agreed to service unconditionally when appointment is booked. 
• Any claims for refunds will be determined if service was defective.
• Claim for refund will be null and void one week after service has been completed.

• Cancellations and or Rescheduling must be done 2 hours in advance to avoid schedule conflicts and or cancellation fee.
